Day 1 Beijing Arrival
You are free to stroll around and have a good rest today.
Day 2 Beijing
You will start from the Tiananmen Square, a city square in the center of Beijing. Then you will enter into the Forbidden City to learn more about Chinese history, culture, architecture, garden and art. It is an imperial palace complex that was constructed between 1406 and 1420, and listed by UNESCO as the largest collection of preserved ancient wooden structures in the world. In the afternoon, you will head to Jinshan Park to have an overview of the whole Forbidden City. Next, you will stroll along Nanluoguxiang Preserved area to learn Beijing traditional culture and history. It has more than 750 year history and consists of multiple hutongs, which are a type of narrow streets or alleys formed by lines of quadrangle dwellings. You will also visit some famous quadrangle dwellings.
For your unforgettable memory, you will have Chinese Opera performance dinner. Besides tasting domestic Beijing cuisines, you will also enjoy the Chinese Opera. Chinese Opera originated between 319 and 351. It is a form of theatre in China that combines various art forms such as music, song and dance, martial arts, acrobatics, costume and make-up art, and literature.





Day 3 Great Wall of China
You will visit a couple of UNESCO sites on this day. In the morning, you will visit Temple of Heaven. It is a complex of imperial religious buildings which was visited by the emperors for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good harvest. In the afternoon, you will visit the Great Wall of China where full of antiquity and mystery.


Day 4 bullet train departing from Beijing to Luoyang
You will ride on a bullet train departing from Beijing to Luoyang, Henan. Luoyang’s symbolic value is borne by the fact that it served as the historic capital for 13 dynasties in China.
When you arrive in Luoyang, you will visit Longmen Grottoes, a UNESCO site and it is one of the three notable grottoes in China. These grottoes had been excavated and carved with Buddhist subjects since 493AD. It had been built for more than 1,400 years, making it one of the longest grottoes in the world. Within the approximately 1,400 caves, there are 100,000 statues, some of which are only 1 inch (25 mm) high, while the largest Buddha statue is 57 feet (17 m) in height. Its excavation not only had an important influence in China, but also far away in East Asia, such as the Todaiji Temple in Nara, Japan; and Seokguram Grotto and Bulguksa Temple in Gyeongju, South Korea.



Day 5 Mount Song UNESCO
You will have a day trip to the Mount Song UNESCO Global Geopark which is the central mountain of the Five Great Mountains of China. Mount Song is not only famous for the marvelous natural landscape, but also Buddhist presence. It is home to Shaolin Temple, traditionally considered the birthplace of Zen Buddhism, and the temple’s pagoda forest is the largest collection of pagodas in China. You will not only enjoy Shaolin Kungfu performed by warrior monks, but also visit the Forest of Pagodas Yard which was built before 791 AD. It has 240 tomb pagodas of various sizes from 618 AD to 1911 , which is one of the largest pagoda forests in China. Moreover, during this trip, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery by riding the cable car, trekking thousand-meter hanging ancient trestle road along the cliff, crossing the Liantian Suspension Bridge.



Day 6 Luoyang to Xi’an
You will ride the early bullet train to Xi’an, which ancient name is Chang’an, which is another ancient city which history can be traced back to at least 500,000 years before the present time. It is the starting point of the Silk Road and home to the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, both of which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
You will climb up Great Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 648-649 AD to have a city view of Xi’an. It was added to UNESCO list, as part of the “Silk Roads: the Routes Network of Chang’an-Tianshan Corridor ” site. Then you will walk along the Fortifications of Xi’an, also known as Xi’an City Wall. It was built in 1368–1644, which is the oldest, largest and best preserved Chinese wall. It exhibits the “complete features of the rampart architecture of feudal society”. Next, you will visit Drum Tower and Bell Tower, the largest and best preserved drum tower and bell tower in China. For your unforgettable experience, you will enjoy the Chinese drum and chime performance which has more than 3500 years of history. Later, you will taste Western China domestic street foods in Yongxing Fang which used to be one of the famous prime ministers’ residences 1400 years ago. Nowadays, it brings intangible cultural heritage food and artisanal folk performances together.






You will enjoy some intangible cultural heritage folk art performances including Leather Silhouette (Shadow Puppet show), Wooden Puppet show and Qin Opera. At night, you will stroll along Xi’an Tang Dynasty Never Nights City which recreates the flourishing Tang Dynasty with modern technology. The Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD) was one of the most powerful countries in the world and had a great influence on Japan, Korea and other countries nearby at that time. You will see imitation Tang buildings, people dress up in ancient Chinese costumes, and millions of bright lights woven into a colorful dream of the ancient capital night.



Day 7 Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum
You will visit the UNESCO site Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum which was constructed over 38 years, from 246 to 208 BC. You will be amazed by the burial artifacts, especially the famous Terracotta Army which covers an area of about 20,000 square meters including more than 7,000 statues of terracotta warriors, 100 horses, 100 wooden battle chariots and numerous weapons. The average height of the terracotta warriors is about 1.8m (5.9ft).
In the afternoon, you will visit Huaqing Palace which has a hot spring and features 3,000 years of history. The past Chinese dynastic rulers built several palaces here for relaxation and enjoyment.

You will fly to the next city in China.
